Are the treats made fresh when ordered?

Yes, all Dog Gone Good Barkery gourmet treats are FRESH BAKED and handmade with love when ordered. They are never mass produced.

When and how will they be shipped?
Your preservative free biscuits are hand packed and shipped within 3-5 business days, Monday - Friday. They will be shipped USPS Priority... your furry friend will receive them in 2 -3 days after shipped. During the warmer months, May - September, gourmet treats decorated with carob or yogurt, may only be shipped Monday - Wednesday depending on the destination to ensure quality. If other pet products are ordered, they will be shipped with your treats. Pet products alone will be shipped within 48 business hours unless otherwise noted.

Can the shipment be tracked?
The day your Dog Gone Good Barkery order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment and tracking information.

What is the shelf life of the treats and how should they be stored?
All biscuits coming from the Dog Gone Good Barkery are a healthy, preservative-free snack for your pet. Most Dog Gone Good biscuits can be left on the shelf or counter for 3 - 6 weeks. Please refrigerate softer gourmet cookies for 3 - 4 weeks. As a rule of thumb, the harder the cookie, the longer it can remain on the shelf. All biscuits can be refrigerated and make a great cool treat for your pet. Keep a few pounds on hand and toss them in the freezer for months. Stock your freezer so you will never run out... Rover will always be barking for more! The frozen treats will be too hard for your dog, so please refrigerate or bring to room temperature before giving to your dog.

What is your return policy?
I promise your dog treats will be made with the finest human grade ingredients with love from my kitchen. If you and your dog are not totally and completely satisfied, I will replace your cookies free of charge... or refund your money for the treats! If your dog doesn't like the Dog Gone Good cookies (which is very unlikely), please let me know. I will refund your money and you can pass the treats onto a canine friend!.. No need to return them!
