They will be shipped USPS Priority... your dog will receive them in 2 -3 days after shipment. During the warmer months, May ? September, gourmet treats decorated with carob or yogurt, may only be shipped Monday ? Wednesday depending on the destination to ensure quality. If other pet products are ordered, they will be shipped with your treats. Pet products alone will be shipped within 48 business hours unless otherwise noted.

Most Dog Gone Good biscuits can be left on the shelf or counter for 3 - 6 weeks. Please refrigerate softer gourmet cookies for 3 - 4 weeks. All biscuits can be refrigerated and make a great cool treat for your pet. Keep a few pounds on hand and toss them in the freezer for up to 6 months. Stock your freezer so you will never run out... Rover will always be barking for more! The frozen treats will be too hard for your dog, so please refrigerate or bring to room temperature before giving to your dog. All other pet products may be returned for a full refund of the product within 30 days.
